Chiemseer teamed up with Richie and Tobi to create a series of humorous reels that perfectly matched their own content style while authentically showcasing the brand’s lifestyle and values. The combination of cycling expertise, playful storytelling and polished production made the content engaging for both the brand and its audience. 

Altbau Creative Studios took over talent management for the collaboration between Chiemseer and creators Richie and Tobi. Our tasks included negotiating terms, establishing the organizational framework, and coordinating all relevant information. This allowed Richie and Tobi to focus fully on content implementation, while we ensured that processes, agreements, and expectations were clear and transparent for all parties.

Talent management ensures that creators are relieved of some of the burden, brands maintain reliability and the joint work is structured in a way that produces good content.
